Reader Question: Firefox 3

“I have been using Firefox 3 on an iMac since last week. It generally works well with the Glide OS and other websites but there are a few quirks. Can I run both Firefox 3 and the previous version of Firefox on my iMac or should I just wait for the update? Thanks”
The answer is:
I do not have a Mac Computer so I am not particularly sure but if you still have an installer for Firefox 2 then you should be able to. But instead of risking loss of your Firefox 3 preferences and settings due to accidental uninstall of FF3 then I would just wait for the next Firefox update and see if the bug is fixed.
